Crock-pot Baked Potatoes

This is the easiest way to make baked potatoes!  You can prepare these the day before to make them even easier when you need them.

Ingredients:
-any kind of potato {here I used Russets}
-vegetable or olive oil
-salt

Additional Ingredients for Serving:
-sour cream
-chopped broccoli and/or cauliflower
-bacon pieces
-cheese sauce
-sliced chives and/or green onion
-onion powder
-salt and pepper
-anything you like on your baked potatoes

Process:
1. Scrub and dry all potatoes; then prick each one with a fork or knife.
2. Rip a piece of aluminum foil for each potato, just pile them on top of each other.
3. Place a potato on the center of the aluminum foil, drizzle oil over it and sprinkle it with salt.
4. Wrap up the potato in the foil and place it in the crock-pot   Repeat for remaining potatoes. {At this point you could set these aside in a cool place overnight.}
5. Cover crock-pot and cook potatoes on low for 6-8 hours.
6. Enjoy perfectly "baked" potatoes!
