Herb Butter

Enjoy this butter with rolls, spread on French bread before baking, toss in hot veggies or pasta, even brush/dollop on steak, turkey or chicken.  Enjoy!

This is best when mixed up 2 or more days in advance to let the flavors combine.  Also it you are going to serve this with a meal, take it out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before meal time to let it soften slightly, making it easier to spread.

You can easily decrease this recipe, but it works well for so many things you may just want to store and use on/in anything.

-2 cups (4 sticks) butter, softened
-1/4 cup fresh minced parsley
-2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
-4 tsp Italian seasoning
-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, beat until well blended.
2. Cover and store in refrigerator.
