Peking Pizza

This pizza is AWESOME!

I've been making for a long time; I don't know where I got the original recipe.
Ingredients:
-1/2 lb. deli meat, diced {we like honey ham or honey turkey the most}
-2 tbsp cornmeal or flour
-1 pkg. store bought pizza dough or make your own {I make my favorite crust recipe Awesome Pizza Crust}
-2 to 3 tbsp sesame seeds, optional
-6 tbsp plum sauce {found in the Asian food section}
-6 tbsp barbecue sauce
-3 cups shredded Monterrey jack or mozzarella cheese
-3 green onion, sliced {use all of the white and green}
-1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped

Process:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Sprinkle a oiled baking sheet or pizza pan with cornmeal.
3. Press the dough into the shape of the baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle the edges of the dough with sesame seeds.
5. In a small bowl mix together the plum and barbecue sauce; spread over the dough {I like to spread it closer to the edges than I'm going to put the toppings because the sweet plum sauce caramelizes and creates a super sweet crust edge}.
6. Top sauce with shredded cheese.
7. Scatter the meat, onions and pepper over the cheese.
8. Bake for about 15 minutes until the edges are golden and the meat starts to lightly crisp on the edges.
 9. Cut in to pieces and enjoy!
